the day i called Rocket Mortgage and spoke to Nicole was a great day. I had just received news for the bank of america (whom i have banked with since 1982) that they couldn't cover my refinance. After all the hundreds of thousands of dollars i have banked with them i couldnt believe it. I was very discouraged in my time of need. Then i spoke to Nicole and not only was she knowledgeable she was compassionate. That is hard to find in the world we currently live in. Within a matter of moments i was approved for everything we needed and was even given an unbelievable rate. In just over 30 days we had signed all the papers and are currently awaiting the distribution of funds. I cannot say enough about Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage - i would highly recommend this company to everyone !! i am so pleased and so relived.
