Nikki was so very pleasant to work with! At first we thought my re-fi request would not go thru. And the first time it was declined. I called Rocket Mortgage back a week later and got the pleasure to work with Nikki. I asked her to please try for me again. She told me that she did not think it would be approved. Well, she did try one more time for me. And I was approved!! Much to both of our surprise! Nikki was on top of things! She kept me posted, always informed me of what was needed next, calmed me down when things were taking long (so I thought), and so kind and pleasant!
