I cannot begin to explain how everything Omar did for us, changed my parents' life situation. Omar recently assisted us through a refi and from the moment he answered my call he was helpful, patient with our many questions, and knowledgeable in every aspect of the refi process. Not only did Omar display a professional and dedicated work ethic, he never steered us wrong and always did what he said he would do. Never any surprises, real genuine. In the end, Omar was able to save my parents from drowning in a high interest rate loan, cut their mortgage practically in half, and gave them back control of their already fixed income. In my opinion, Rocket Mortgage has the most brilliant strategy for creating and keeping clients, they hire associates like Omar Alfaear that work hard for the consumer's ultimate financial success. I think from the very start Omar was always there to answer any questions I had....and there were a lot because my computer had gone down and for three weeks or more I mostly could not get anything done via Internet. Basically I knew it would probably go through at a good rate as it was not for a whole lot of money and my house appraised high but for me the personal attention is what counted. I went from a reverse mortgage flexible interest that was getting too high each month for me to keep up with it. I was every pessimistic the morning that my husband asked me to speak with Omar about refinancing our home. I still had a bad attitude about the last lender that took up our time and money, with no results!! I agreed to talk with Omar, but kept my pessimistic/negatived attitude!! I would have to say I was even a bit rude to Omar. He stayed positive and pleasant through the entire conversation.
