After tossing all refi offers for years, Luckily my wife contacted Omar Alfaear, and he had an offer for our investment property. Long story short interest drop 3%, cut 8 years off loan, as we will continue same pay with savings going to principal, and with the biweekly payment pay plan will chop another year off that.

I previously tried to do this 3 times in the last 6 years, and was told nothing better was available and the credit union holding loan would not negotiate. BYE BYE Credit Union and high interest. ONLINE filing was good but more precise instructions could have made required documents go smoother.
I will recommend Omar Alfaear to anyone that wants lower mortgage payments, and who doesn't.

My expectations were blown away!!! Omar was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of refinancing my home. Handled all my questions immediately and had a conditional approval within 2 days! I had dealt with a couple of other lenders and was immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and their unwillingness to accommodate my financing needs.
