I was never treated as anything but a valued customer. And his team treated me the same. I reached out with a couple of questions, and they also responded quickly.
This entire experience was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. If you need a mortgage and pick anyone but Rocket Mortgage, you will be disappointed.
