I was mostly happy with the way things went with our loan. It was done pretty much in a timely manner and Pat was very efficient at getting things started. Info provided by others was a bit misleading and frustrating due to the tight timeline we were under. Initially pat did a great job handling my refinance, then there where some mistakes made. Verbally pat and i we went over the numbers and what I was asking for, pat said he could make that happen. Then the papper work came through and there were some discrepancies from what we had talked about. I informed Pat, he apologized for the mistake and said he would take care of it. The mistake was never corrected fully and I felt like there was a lack of communication on pats part and the rocket team! Also when the refinance was completed and the paperwork was signed I was told I wouldn't have a mortgage payment for the month of February but they took a payment anyway. I called about that mistake and was told because I have Auto pay that was the reason for the mistake. Who doesn't have auto pay? Anyway they said they would issue a check for that month . Waiting to see if that happens or if I'll have to call in and make it happen.. In the end it got done. But it was very unenjoyable and I am very dissatisfied with the communication.Read MoreRead Less
