Patrick made the call to ask if we wanted to refinance our existing loan with Rocket Mortgage. He then quickly followed up and we closed on the new loan within 30 days. He was responsive and helpful though out the process!

There was some confusion about closing costs that could have been better explained earlier in the process. Also Patrick’s emails regarding which documents I needed to sign or review never matched what was on the website - this was frustrating.
