Paul , Jenna and the team were very helpful and confident in discussing what was required and followed up on any calls made. The only downside was the website.
Definitely needs to be improved so it is user friendly and open to all users offering to take all information that is required ie former addresses that are not USA.

Paul was personally very helpful. The Rocket Mortgage team and process was very frustrating. There were multiple assistants and case managers, and none of them were proactive in preventing issues or effective in solving issues.

Paul and his Team Addison did an awesome job. He was honest, up front and diligent in gaining approval for the home loan in a few days. His team followed up each message or sent and kept me abreast of the process throughout. If I got frustrated he put my mind at ease and had his team "work the problem."
