My experience with the mortgage process was similar to that of so many others: it is a process. Thankfully, as a first time homebuyer, I had Paul handling my mortgage. Paul was always available and able to fully explain any and all questions that I had. When we would hit some bumps in the road, Paul was there to help smooth out the issues. I was told that the policy is to get back to customers within 24 hours, but we never had to wait more than a couple of hours, often even quicker than that. This was our first experience buying a home, and Paul helped ease any concerns or nerves we had.
