Honestly, out of all the homes we've purchased over the years, we've never experienced such an easy, straightforward, and painless process with any other lender. From application thru underwriting and finally thru closing, it was a breeze. I think a lot of that was due to Peter's attention to detail during the initial application and then being extremely responsive throughout the rest of the process.

We bought a house on a whim with no warning, and he was up at 6am on a Sunday morning on the phone to help us close the deal with the sellers (they wanted to talk to him before accepting our offer).
