I got several email messages from Peter but never spoke with him after the loan went to underwriting. The process of getting my loan and closing was both long and confusing. I stayed with Rocket Mortgage thinking it would take longer to start over with a new lender. That was a mistake. I received several updates to my closing costs but when we got to the point of closing after 3 months, My closing costs were changed and the addendums to the purchase agreement were lost or ignored.
