Prince was great. On a whim I decided to see if we could refinance our mortgage. We had a 30yr FHA loan with PMI. We purchased our home a little over a year ago, so I figured it would be good to see where we're at and try again in a few years.

Prince called and he was friendly, patient and surprised me telling me we COULD refinance and get a 15yr mortgage....a mortage we could afford.
