Prince is at the top of his profession, I started off by telling him what I wasn’t gonna do he was so polite, and professional as if I would give a few minutes if he could show me how I could pay off my mortgage in 10 yrs instead of 30 and not increase what I was paying out at the time, yep I started to listen then. Prince was great. On a whim I decided to see if we could refinance our mortgage. We had a 30yr FHA loan with PMI. We purchased our home a little over a year ago, so I figured it would be good to see where we're at and try again in a few years.

Prince called and he was friendly, patient and surprised me telling me we COULD refinance and get a 15yr mortgage....a mortage we could afford.
