He guided us through the process in a way that made us feel like he truly cared about us. I am a 30 year attorney who was relocating for a high level job. I didn't need anything to worry about. In prior loans, I always felt like they were hiding the ball (and often they were), but Rafael was upfront and diligent. He returned calls immediately.
