I was extremely nervous about this process, but Rannie made me feel very comfortable. He was quick to respond when I had concerns and very knowledgeable. My one issue was I wish it was thoroughly explained that I would have to mail payoffs to creditors. At my closing, I had some that were due early in the month and felt if I didn't pay I would incur late fees and credit may be affected.
