I was able to extract equity from my home quickly and with a fair rate from Rocket Mortgage. The process was fast: applied one day, had the appraisal scheduled the next day, and was able to quickly roundup and submit standard documentation for review. From application to closing, only 2 weeks passed! Process was painless and I was able to get a good rate with minimal costs.
