Ray provided me the information I needed with efficiency yet pleasant. It was all chat based and he asked about getting in the phone and I opted out. I’ve never had a chat go so quickly and so well done. No pressure, no salesmanship. Even when it turned out I couldn’t improve/reduce my monthly mortgage, Ray didn’t make me feel like it was a waste of his time…just courteous and efficient.
