I had called to see if it was possible to re-fi my house. I wasn't very hopeful since my divorce had dropped my income but the very first thing Reid said was looks like we need to get you a lower rate. And he did! I now know working with somebody who is experienced makes all the difference. I'm coming up on retirement and having my payment dropped by $300/month will change the quality of my life....I had called to see if it was possible to re-fi my house.
