I first contacted Robert ( I feel we are on a first name basis) to reduce my high mortgage rate. He was quick to understand what I was trying to achieve, took the time to understand and was quick to come up with various plans to exceed my financial needs, reduce virtually all of my debts and reduce my mortgage interest rate. He never pushed or demanded an answer. He just knew that what he planned for me was best for my financial future. Ultimately, it was a "no-brainer".
