Rockey was very helpful but I did have the same issue as someone else. The issue was our $500 good faith would be returned to me. I didn't realize they would deduct it from the total loan amount. I used a credit card and wanted to pay it back once we closed but I did not receive the $500 back. Transparency would have been nice.
