I was very skeptical about a totally online refi, I figured id be lost in a shuffle of other numbers as I have been many many times in the past. I put out a general question on Credit karma about lowering my interest rate and was bombarded with dozens of electronically sent emotionless messages to call, All accept for 1, Rockey from Rocket Mortgage, from his very first message he left he was ...I was very skeptical about a totally online refi, I figured id be lost in a shuffle of other numbers as I have been many many times in the past. Every single time i emailed him after that me replied in minutes day or from from his home. Even when i didn't reach out he knew I was thinking about what was happening and i got a message letting me know he was on it. I have never seen a refi go so swiftly and painlessly. I will absolutely recommend him to others and I myself will also call him in the future for all my loan and property needs. My closing is tomorrow morning and i dont have an ounce of worry !!!!
