He walked me through the initial process with extreme patience and understanding, and he helped me comprehend a lot of things I was unaware of going in. Within a short time, we were preapproved for our loan pending some extra paperwork. I couldn’t believe it!

What made the entire experience so painless was Ryan. He had a well-informed and concise answer for every question we came up with, and we honestly felt like he cared about us and our situation. Ryan was great from the beginning, understanding that we were relocating out of state and having a hard time finding what we were looking for. Anytime we were ready to offer on a home, he updated our approval as needed and remained patient through our several month long journey to close on our new home.
