I was randomly paired with Ryan on the chat page and we were soon thereafter talking on the phone. He walked me through the initial process with extreme patience and understanding, and he helped me comprehend a lot of things I was unaware of going in. Within a short time, we were preapproved for our loan pending some extra paperwork. I couldn’t believe it!

What made the entire experience so painless was Ryan. He had a well-informed and concise answer for every question we came up with, and we honestly felt like he cared about us and our situation.
