He walked me through the initial process with extreme patience and understanding, and he helped me comprehend a lot of things I was unaware of going in. Within a short time, we were preapproved for our loan pending some extra paperwork. I couldn’t believe it!

What made the entire experience so painless was Ryan. He had a well-informed and concise answer for every question we came up with, and we honestly felt like he cared about us and our situation.
