He walked me through the initial process with extreme patience and understanding, and he helped me comprehend a lot of things I was unaware of going in. Within a short time, we were preapproved for our loan pending some extra paperwork. I couldn’t believe it!

What made the entire experience so painless was Ryan. He had a well-informed and concise answer for every question we came up with, and we honestly felt like he cared about us and our situation. I called Ryan with a tight time line to close on a house. I was hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage only because I only knew them as the software company. But the reviews were excellent and from the time Ryan answered my call to the day after we closed, he and the staff handling my loan were very friendly and professional.
