I felt that Ryan, overall, did a good job. I felt he put a lot of pressure on me to do the refi. He called multiple times a day. I didn’t like that. Once the refi process was moving, I felt like he disappeared. Frankly, I’m still not 100% sure I made the right decision to do the refi.
