When I saw Rocket Mortgage on my phone I was confused because I know I wasn't late with my mortgage. Ryan identified himself and advised me of equity that I had and never used. I told him that I didn't want anything to change my payments or interest and he suited me that it wouldn't but would help my credit scores go up once the bills that were affecting my credit get paid off. He did a sft pull of my credit and advised me that I met the requirements and he made me feel.comfortable talking to him and then from doing the documents there were a few things Rocket needed me to do and once all was done,, I received my loan.
