He walked me through all the steps and helped me with downloading forms and such.

Ryan was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed that he took a moment to see how my day was and to learn a little bit about me personally. I had to take a call at work and he understood if I had to put him on hold!! He was very helpful in explaning what I was doing and why. He made sending any paperwork to him easy and walked me through the exact items he needed necessary to start the loan process....Ryan was very helpful and friendly.
