I am pleased that Rocket Mortgage/Schwab has gotten into the loan business. If other employees performance is similar to Ryan's, I will not use another lender anytime soon. I hope you give the big players (B of A; Wells Fargo) a run for their money. You are setting a new standard for customer service in the lending industry, which is sorely needed. We had a tricky transaction due to being self employed and some unusual rental income sources (VRBO).
Initially the underwriters would not qualify us because they did not understand our unique income.
Ryan continuously worked with us, coming up with many different options to present our situation to the underwriters, to get them to understand our qualifications. Without him, we probably would not have been able to complete our transaction in the short time frame we had to work with.
