I contacted Rocket Mortgage about possibly refinancing to a lower rate to save a few dollars on my monthly payment. Ryan spent over a half hour on the phone with me - reviewing my options, asking what my goals were, and he came to the honest conclusion that it just wasn't worth refinancing at this time based on my loan amount and what I wanted to achieve.
