I wished to hell I had never seen a Rocket Mortgage commercial and that I was pulled n by Ryan Shaw!!!! Ryan was great. The first loan processor was horrible
He has no clue as to what was needed. The loan process itself was horrible. Was a shame Ryan couldn't be involved more in loan process itself.
