Sam went above and beyond with this loan! He was kind, empathetic, supportive, and a wealth of knowledge. He worked doggedly to get us insurance when our insurance provider of 40 years would not insure this property. Thank you, Sam, for your guidance and support with this loan!

Sam is the best. I started my quest to sell my new house and buy a new one by calling him at Rocket Mortgage first. I started my quest to sell my new house and buy a new one by calling him at Rocket Mortgage first. He setup my approval letter, communicated with my Seattle Redfin agent and my Maryland Redfin agent. He kept me informed with all the requirement tasks that I needed to do and helped me get the most of my situation. It was the smoothest Real Estate experience with Rocket Mortgage, Redfin, and Rocket Close. Sam made sure that I was not missing any deadline. He made me feel that everything needed was proceeding confidently. It only took 15 days from the selling of my house in Seattle to the buying of my house in Maryland. It was the best experience that started with a phone call to Sam. (These words are not AI generated. :D)Read MoreRead Less

Sam was an outstanding loan expert. He patiently guided me through every option available for financing and answered every question I had. He was very friendly and courteous and helped make the loan process smooth and manageable. He even kept in touch and followed up with me when the loan process moved to another team. I highly recommend Sam and will be asking to work with him in the future.

Sam was an outstanding professional. He was thorough, accessible, knowledgeable, and extremely customer-centric. His best attribute however was how friendly and diligent he was in taking care of our transaction. I will be requesting Sam exclusively on every future deal we contemplate. He is THAT good.

Sam was awesome! My husband and I would've worked with him through the whole process. He never tired of questions and was always straightforward, respectful, and guided us throughout until we closed on our home.

Absolutely unexpected experience. Sam took me by the hand, explained everything, did most of the work all hours of the day and closed the deal in easy seven days. And the terms are amazing. Thousands less than major national bank offer!
Always pleasant, efficient, encouraging.
Thank you Sam!
