We never once felt pressured that we had to repay all the efforts with a promise to move forward with Sam (Rocket Mortgage). We never felt as if we were just another number. Sam is without a doubt very passionate her job and is nothing short of TOP NOTCH! She keeps helping folks determine was truly the best route for them a top priority. She is selfless in the sense of willing to spend as much time as desired with a client and put forth the risk with no guarantee of moving a deal across the finish line. THAT IS TRUE HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and what earned our business!

Sam's professionalism and expertise are unmatched! The list could go on indefinitely. However, just to list a few... She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and was always timely and proactive on her response time.

Everyone knows that loan closing is a very tedious task with several moving parts and more often times than not is accompanied with some unexpected hurdles and challenges. Sam ensured that we stayed on the right track from the start through the entire process working while tirelessly to provide accurate, and all necessary information in order to warrant a positive outcome and reach our goal results. I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ex-husband taken off the loan. From other lenders I was told immediately "NO" and my ex-husband said I could have the house but 'NO ONE" would ever help me get a loan. It would be impossible because of ...I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ex-husband taken off the loan. From other lenders I was told immediately "NO" and my ex-husband said I could have the house but 'NO ONE" would ever help me get a loan. It would be impossible because of my credit history which included a dismissed Chapter 13. It felt like an impossible battle, but I had faith that someone could help and God orchestrated a phone call with Sam.

Sam was the first and only loan agent that listened to me, explained my situation and allowed me to cry :) She was encouraging, but did not over promise, Sam provided directions and advice and she never once made me "feel small" or like there was no hope. After the call she connected me with Jon to assist with my credit and he as well was phenomenal. I did everything they asked me to do. When Sam said she believed she could help me, I don't think she knew what ride we were about to take. I am sure that many of you have heard the stories. It was not easy to get to closing and despite what my family and friends said, I knew that I could trust Sam through this process.

Sam showed me that people do care and even in the tough situations she handled it all with grace, kindness, empathy and professionalism. I could not say enough about Sam and Rocket Mortgage. Because of Sam and Rocket my grand-daughter and I have a home that we can call our own.

There is so much more I could say! I pray that Rocket continues to help others as you have helped me. I don't know how you reward your employees at Rocket but whatever you do Sam Camilleri deserves it and more!!
