Sam is a great asset to Rocket Mortgage. Very patient and when he didn't have an answer to my question, he would be sure and call me back. Made my refinancing easier than I could imagine.

He is a man of his word, when he says he will call he does, he has excellent people skills,
he made me feel like he actually care about me not just the loan. He will explain everything in detail.
He answered all my questions and always was positive.

Sam was very attentive and available. His communication style is based on the needs of hos customer, so if you like to talk he will call you when needed. Or if you are like me, email is much easier. When we got closer to closing, I saw an issue in the costs and Sam was quick to get it resolved and the pics updated. I will be calling him again in the future.
