We had a great experience with Sam. He was very responsive and transparent. Most of all, after realizing it would get us a better rate, he passed us on to a different broker working on their partnering program with Schwab. I imagine that cost him his commission, but it will save us a bunch of money over the next 30 years. Five stars.

Working with Sam was a horrible experience from his deceptive intro rate to the jacked up rate that we closed at. Do yourself a favor and go to a local bank where a person has to look you in the eye to sell a line of BS.
