Every other mortgage company as well as my realtor told me I would need to orchestrate a complex closing where I refi my existing condo and have my wife, who is visiting family in China, travel to the US embassy in Shanghai to sign and mail power of attorney documents to the U.S.

Thanks to your knowledge and diligence I was able to avoid refinancing my condo, purchase my new house and close without needing to interrupt my wife’s trip at all.
