The people who called to follow up confused me though. Sam always seemed a step ahead of them.
Also, I have been inundated with mail trying to sell me credit life . I'm sure they got my info from Rocket Mortgage. This does not set well with me at all!

I might add that having a scanner made the process move fast, Sam was able to see the process from his end and if I got into a jam he could login to my laptop to assist.
Even after finishing with him, Rocket Mortgage helped me set up automatic withdrawls to make the entire process PAINLESS.
