Sammy, my buddy - he was professional even though I am super casual. He made me comfortable in an uncomfortable financial world. He accommodated my weird hours of operation and recognized my phone number. He was very knowledgeable not needing to bring in any extra help that I know of. The closing needs to be explained. We did not know someone was coming to our home to notarize signatures. We thought it might be all done online and by phone. I was worried about whether I needed to setup for a zoom meeting even. Other than that Sammy and Rocket Mortgage are the best! This is my second with Rocket Mortgage! Both times were awesome! I had spent the evening before talking to my current lender and wasn't convinced I was getting the best rate for a refinance. I would give 10 stars if I could. Sammy is very friendly, knowledagable and patient. This is my second refinance with Rocket and with Sammy and he always takes time, at any time, to answer questions I have.
