After a few minuets we were on the phone and the process had began. I had questions and he always knew the answer to make it make sense to me. I was excited to know that with phone calls and emails, he was very prompt to respond. He let me know everything that was going on with our loan and what our future steps would be. He was very professional and made me feel like my concerns were empty. There was nothing to worry about we had this and he was going to do everything he could to help us. We closed on our home on May 16, 2017. I know without a doubt if it hadn't been for Samuel we wouldn't have been able to purchase our home.
