The loan process was OK. Easy to do. I do have a couple of question though. One is how come Harp was not mentioned? I see adds where it could save money. But by the time I saw them we were well into the process. Two how come I get bombarded to refinance in the first place. The first two people I talked to were doing some hard selling.
