I was very impressed with Ms. Scales. She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage.
