Was very helpful and knowledgeable really was nice to have someone that knew what he was doing and actually showed interest in my needs. Even after my journey through the process took me past Mr Konopka sorry if I spelled it wrong lol he still answered my every call even after his part was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I might know looking for assistance with a home loan, a refi...Was very helpful and knowledgeable really was nice to have someone that knew what he was doing and actually showed interest in my needs. Sean was all we could ask for!Held my hand when necessary and was always positive. If we asked a question and he didn’t know the answer he said so and then found out the answer quickly.
He obviously gets paid to do this,but it always seemed he was just helping out friends…A true asset to Rocket mtg
