I was contacted by Shane Kelly who was very helpful and understanding that this process might take some time, We did the pre approval at that time, I then moved to Florida on Dec. 28th 2015 , Started looking for my new home, Several i found but the home inspections i found several costly things wrong, On one home i had started the closing with Shane then decided to much cost in repairs, He just said no problem lets move on, I found a home at a great price and we started the process, He sent me all the info he needed to process the loan, and i closed on Feb 29th.. Shane was more than a mortgage guy trying to make his money, he got me the best interest rates at the time and kept in touch to make sure everything was going ok . I had my realtor contact Shane to also help with the process..
