Shane Roring is the epitome of customer service and follow up today. Shane stayed in touch with us nearly everyday with excellent follow up and support in a very nerve racking process. He really demonstrated that Rocket Mortgage's process was so much smoother than several other bank and mortgage processes we've experienced over the years.
