This only began after we started to work with Rocket Mortgage. If this nuisance could be curbed then I would rate the experience 1000+. This man was great! At first I thought it was a usual sales pitch but after I acquired the documents of income, etc. and faxed them over, I realized he cared. Everything went as planned and I closed 28 days after our initial contact. I had a marginal credit score and he knew that time was important. I had a unique situation. I talk with a lot of other banks first and Shawtann said "tell me what you are trying to accomplish and I will find a loan that fits your situation" All of the other banks I spoke to said within the 1st few minutes that no you don't qualify for a construction loan, no one actually stop to ask what I was trying to do with it. But he stopped to ask what I was trying to ...I had a unique situation.
