I did not have the same experience as others. I was not kept informed as the process progressed. Details changed without my knowledge or explanation, right up to closing. I purposely asked for someone to contact me - she did not. My previous experiences with Rocket were wonderful - based on this last experience, I probably will NOT return to Rocket.
