I called Silas after reading an ad about how Rocket Mortgage could help reduce monthly expenses and rates but I wasn't expecting anything except another rejection. Silas was compassionate, caring and took the time to listen to our needs. He made me chuckle as he got more and more excited as he found a few solutions for us.
