My experience with Skylar and Rocket Mortgage was outstanding. I have long-term relationships with 2 other banks so I have a good basis for comparison. And, I am a retired manufacturing manager and do recognize an organization which has good & robust processes. Rocket Mortgage has been thoughtfully organized to quickly and efficiently allow the Customer and Rocket Mortgage to exchange necessary information and to keep each other informed. No less important is the Customer Service culture which has been created at Rocket Mortgage so that all team members are responsive to the Customer. I first arranged a mortgage through Rocket Mortgage 4 years ago. Recently I needed to refinance to raise money for a charitable project I am sponsoring. When you ask a serious question (concerning spending a ton of money over a number of years), you expect not only a serious answer, you expect "knock your socks service," and with Rocket Mortgage (each time I've utilized them), and especially with Skylar, I was blown away at the urgency they gave my "needs," "budget," and "constant questions I wanted addressed" to help me make the best decision for...When you ask a serious question (concerning spending a ton of money over a number of years), you expect not only a serious answer, you expect "knock your socks service," and with Rocket Mortgage (each time I've utilized them), and especially with Skylar, I was blown away at the urgency they gave my "needs," "budget," and "constant questions I wanted addressed" to help me make the best decision for my family and myself.
