I have had two refi's with Rocket Mortgage. This last time was during the Covid Pandemic. This caused a different timeline and a few more delays.
Sonja was available and responsive and answered all of my questions (there was a number of them). The Rocket Team did not return my call but I was able to reach Sonja and this was very helpful.
