I am not a financial person at all but I knew the situation I was in with my mortgage loan was not right. Every time I turned around it was being sold to another company and if I called no one knew a thing about my loan and history..basically I was just a number and a check. I received an offer in the mail from Rocket Mortgage and had seen many ads on TV and I gave it a shot.

Stefan was assigned to me as part of my loan process. I had a fairly complicated situation, and Stefan put together a good program for me. While it didn't meet my needs currently, he was very upfront, transparent, and most of all not pushy. When I'm ready to proceed I'm going to go back to Stefan and see what he can do for me.
