Stephanie was super to work with. Once we were approved and going through processing, if i had a question was always there to point me in the right direction. Very professional as well.

Stephanie started out great but as the process went on and we were required to do some work, she ghosted us. It felt like we were going along with no one to answer our questions. Finally after several calls and emails, we got someone to help us and we are now finally closed. This was a very stressful and confusing process.
